All our Nursery Staff are thoroughly vetted and have successfully passed the following employment checks:

• Confidential face-to-face interview
• Proof of identity with the right to live and work in the UK
• Qualified Nursery Staff have a recognised nursery qualification certificate, a copy of which is kept on file
• Nursery Assistants have a minimum of one year’s professional childcare experience
• All Careline staff have provided a minimum of two professional references
• All Careline staff have an up-to-date enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance

We compile a comprehensive staff profile for each member of staff on recruitment. This will be forwarded to you before our staff begin work. The profile will provide you with all of the recruitment checks that have been carried out, including the individual DBS reference number, training, qualifications and experience. If required, our personnel will wear smart black Careline T-shirts.
